The First String team includes a staff of knowledgeable and experienced drafting, sales, estimating and project managers whom have been working together for two decades. We have produced all types of modular construction for nearly every commercial application imaginable.  Take advantage of our decades of combined experience.

Every First String Space building is designed and engineered to meet all applicable federal and state requirements. RADCO, Inc. is our third party engineering company. RADCO was founded in 1967 as a service oriented engineering company. RADCO established its test laboratory and listing capability in early 1970. Additionally, RADCO provides plan check and inspection services for all First String Space built coded structures. RADCO reviews and inspects for compliance to all applicable federal and state codes and regulations.

All of our buildings are constructed indoors in a controlled environment on an assembly line inside of one of the largest and most well equipped factories in the Southeast. First String Space, Inc. is located in Pearson, Georgia (or South Central Georgia). Our main plant is 100,600 SQFT not including a 14,800 SQFT final finish area. We have 27,800 SQFT of outside material storage and offices. The total is 143,200 SQFT on 10 acres of asphalt and 13 additional acres of module storage. Our people and facility are second to none in our industry.
