First String Space, Inc. is located in Pearson, Georgia (or South Central Georgia). Our main plant is 100,600 SQFT not including a 14,800 SQFT final finish area. We have 27,800 SQFT of outside material storage and offices. The total is 143,200 SQFT on 10 acres of asphalt and 13 additional acres of module storage.

First String Space is a wholesale modular manufacturer and markets its products through the dealer network within our industry. First String Space began production early in the spring of 2007 and quickly made its mark as a high quality manufacturer within our industry.

First String Space was founded and is owned and operated by Michael Wiggins, Jonathan Wright, Steve Sirmans, Bryan Wiggins, Carroll Harper, Kristin Adams and Jessica Harper. First String Space’s commitment to customer satisfaction has led to unparalleled growth for a new company through one of the toughest economic environments we have seen in a generation. As our gallery shows we have teamed with our partners in the industry to do all types of single-story, two-story, wood, non-combustible/steel, temporary as well as permanent construction for clients in the public, government as well as the military. The use ranges between typical business designs, medical, education, disaster relief and many other applications.
